Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered our fulfillment process.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support immediately.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update your shipping address.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
